Return Policy


This return policy is only applicable for purchases made at www.totalereaders.com.

TotaleReaders values the relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from TotaleReaders. Under this policy, you may return to TotaleReaders, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from TotaleReaders for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees.

All hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and software that is unopened and still in its/their sealed package or, if delivered electronically, that has not been downloaded, may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees.

Please note that TotaleReaders does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Product that is custom configured to your specifications
  • Electronic software downloads

How to Return?
To return a product, please contact TotaleReaders by sending an e-mail to support@totalereaders.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

You must:
  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to TotaleReaders. At TotaleReaders discretion, credit from partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts on concessions.
  • Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipments.
  • Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

NOTE: TotaleReaders recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to TotaleReaders or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Within 30 days upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, TotaleReaders will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees

Handling Fees.
A handling fee of 5% may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically.
